Really like long exposure photography, this has been done using a laser pen. I plan to get some LED’s and a laser pen and experiment with making some short video clips for the Vj Competition, creating Flat graphics and moving images to be used in Modul8.
After Effects, not for me…
After weeks and weeks of tutorials and video workshops I still find after effects impossible to navigate through and get used to in general. I feel that I need to start capturing images and moving images using camera’s.
Although I want to be as adaptable as possible as a creative, I now understand that creating moving images using software (cad) is not something I enjoy or very good at, so time to take a slightly different direction!
More testing, trying to create some cool background loops. goin to send these over to Jim to see what he thinks!
Looking at using After effects. Found a really good website called Video Copilot with loads of tutorials that have given me inspiration for different styles of graphics. Going to get stuck in!
